Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Advisory Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of real estate, transaction advisory, and investment facilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in real estate strategy, financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and deal execution. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and investors across high-impact real estate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support real estate transaction advisory engagements, including acquisition, disposition, lease structuring, and investment facilitation

Conduct industry research, market due diligence, and competitive assessments to support deal recommendations

Develop financial models, valuation reports, investment proposals, and feasibility studies

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including developers, investors, consultants, and government agencies

Manage end-to-end deal execution including documentation, negotiation support, and coordination with legal/finance teams

Support business development initiatives, proposal creation, and client presentations

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

46 years of experience in real estate consulting, transaction advisory, investment facilitation, or related roles

Strong understanding of real estate assets, commercial models, and market trends

MBA from a Tier-1 institution (preferred institutes: IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, etc.)

Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and data-driven decision making

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
