Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Internal Control located in Hyderabad. The Head of Internal Control will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing internal control systems, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and managing accounting processes. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, developing audit plans, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing risks and evaluating internal controls
  • Proficiency in Internal Controls to ensure compliance and effective risk management
  • Experience in Financial Reporting, including the preparation and review of financial statements
  • Solid background in Finance and Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
