Job Summary

The Quality Control Head will lead the Quality Department and ensure that all products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The role involves managing QC processes, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the entire Quality Control team and activities at the plant.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes, and inspection systems.
  • Ensure all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods are tested and meet required specifications.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of quality inspections and test results.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure quality consistency.
  • Handle customer complaints related to product quality and prepare analysis reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and other quality management systems.
  • Train team members on quality procedures, tools, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment (preferably battery or automotive parts industry).
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, 7 QC tools, FMEA, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/QMS software.

9AM - 7PM.
