Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Lead located in Hyderabad. The Quality Control Lead will oversee and manage quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), driving quality improvement initiatives, and conducting internal and external audits. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality production standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and experience in implementing quality standards
  • Proficiency in Quality Auditing processes and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with precision machining standards and practices is an advantage
