Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Lead Quality Engineer (Automation). The Lead Quality Engineer will manage and execute automated test strategies to ensure the highest levels of product quality. Responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance activities, implementing and optimizing automation frameworks, conducting quality control tests, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring product quality meets company standards and customer expectations.

Experience: 8+ years

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Engineering concepts, including process improvement and advanced testing methodologies
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices with a proven ability to execute test plans and analyze outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Product Quality assurance, with attention to detail and performance optimization
  • Experience in Quality Management, including defining quality standards and implementing best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks relevant to quality engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Prior experience in software development and QA/testing roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the capability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment
