Key Responsibilities (Functional)

Execute the critical areas of the project - batch scheduling, trainer management, trainer travel booking, venue booking, inventory management, invoicing, reporting

Aggregate third-party partners for venues and travel

Audit facilities and food at training and stay venues

Book training venue as per schedule

Process invoices by venues, trainers and travel desk on time

Consolidate monthly delivery details, venue and catering details and submit to Program manager for sign off

Raise consolidated invoices to customer on customer Ops system

Clarify any queries related to invoices

Ensure all training kits are charged and ready and safe at designated inventory/ storage

Maintain SOW of devices with all core and shared trainers, including new devices

Dispatch of training kits to trainers

Insurance of training kits and renewals

Create sessions on LMS as per agreed schedule and align trainers

Create SOWs with trainers (including devices AOUs)

Travel Booking of trainers

Manage Trainer certification status

Invoicing for trainers

BE available to respond to any customer queries from 8 am to 6 pm

Ensure participant Feedback for every session

Prepare reports for weekly, monthly quarterly cadence meetings
