We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator with a strong background in software development services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, aligning with client expectations, and supporting the project management team in execution and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (developers, testers, designers, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, project trackers, and escalation logs.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and client calls.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
  • Monitor resource allocation and highlight gaps or risks proactively.
  • Support in project budgeting, invoicing, and contract-related coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a software development / IT services environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
