We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with an Architectural background to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing portfolio of hospitality projects.

Experience: 15+ years above

Industry: #Hospitality / #Hotels / #Resorts / #Real_Estate

Location: #Gurgaon | #Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between architectural, interior, structural, and MEP teams

throughout all project stages.

Support design management, construction coordination, and site

throughout all project stages.

Review drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance

with brand and project standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to track progress

technical issues.

Manage documentation, reports, and schedules for seamless project

with brand and project standards.

Ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence across all hospitality

projects.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality projects.

Strong technical understanding of architecture, interiors, and services coordination.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
