Overview: The Project Coordinator is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The individual in this role will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas
  • Track project progress and report on status updates
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues
  • Support project managers in resource allocation and task assignments
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
  • Monitor project budget and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Conduct project performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide administrative support to project teams
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management tools and systems
  • Assist in the management of project risks and change control

Required Skills: 1. Experience of Cathodic Protection System for pipelines 2. Experience of AC Interference study on pipeline 3. Experience of DC Interference study on pipeline 4. Conversant with Google Earth software 5. Conversant with MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint 6. Report writing skills 7. Open to travelling 8. Communication and writing skill – English and Hindi 9. Email communication skills
