About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in IT services to lead and deliver technology projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver IT service projects from initiation to closure.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives.- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.- Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.- Maintain strong client communication and provide regular status updates.- Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT services/projects.- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.- Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.- Experience in one or more of the following areas:-> Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)-> Cloud Technologies-> Web & Mobile Application Development-> Product Engineering
