Job Summary:

As an Event Manager with 1 year of experience, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that meet client objectives and deliver memorable experiences. You collaborate with vendors, coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure smooth event operations from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute corporate, social, and promotional events according to client requirements.
  • Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and schedules.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for event awareness.
  • Collect and analyse post-event feedback to measure success and improve future events.
