About the Role

Shadow Advertising and Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Event Manager to handle government and corporate events from planning to successful execution. The ideal candidate should have proven field and operational experience, team-handling capabilities, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end event operations.
  • Handle on-site execution as per event checklists and timelines.
  • Supervise and guide field and support teams during events.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Prepare daily reports and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must own a bike with valid driving license.
  • Must be comfortable with field work and flexible timings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits
