**Position Title**: Steward
**Location**: Dyaus Club Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
- Assist guests with seating, menu selection, and recommendations for food and beverages.
- Address guest inquiries courteously and promptly resolve any concerns.
- **Table Setup and Maintenance**:
- Set up tables according to the club’s service standards, including arranging tableware, cutlery, and linens.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Monitor tables and replenish water, beverages, or condiments as needed.
- **Food and Beverage Service**:
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy in order delivery.
- Communicate any special dietary needs or preferences to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
- Assist fellow team members during busy periods or special events.
- **Compliance and Hygiene**:
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with club policies and local regulations.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or food service is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience as a steward, waiter, or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or club is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- **Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
