Role Overview:
Pentoz Technology is seeking a results-oriented Cloud Services Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our cloud offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies and a proven track record in selling cloud solutions, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Pentoz's cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) including public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and engage with key decision-makers across industries.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, cloud technology advancements, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in cloud-related events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales roles focused on cloud services or enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies.
- Proven success in consultative and solution-based selling in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales analytics software.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Sales Specialist, or Google Cloud Professional.
- Experience working with managed cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with cloud migration, DevOps, and cybersecurity solutions.
