Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly proficient Oracle Sales Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team on a subcontract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical skill set and have extensive experience in customizing, extending, and integrating Oracle Sales Cloud to meet complex business needs. You will be a key technical resource, responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions within the Oracle CX ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

  • Customization & Extension: Design, develop, and deploy custom objects, fields, and application logic using Application Composer and Groovy Scripting to extend the functionality of Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Integration Development: Build and maintain complex integrations between Oracle Sales Cloud and other enterprise systems (like ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation) using SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Data Management: Lead data migration and data quality initiatives using tools like File-Based Loader (FBL) and HDL. Develop reports and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
  • Security Configuration: Implement and manage security configurations, including role-based access controls, security profiles, and data sharing rules.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a subject matter expert to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to customizations, integrations, and platform performance.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Sales Cloud (part of Oracle CX Cloud).

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Groovy Scripting for creating triggers, object functions, and validation rules.
  • Extensive experience with Application Composer to create and modify application objects and user interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud's SOAP and REST web services for building robust integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with data loading tools such as FBL/HDL.
  • Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Specialist Certification.
  • Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Knowledge of other Oracle CX modules like CPQ, Eloqua, or Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,067, ₹2,617,873.76 per year
