JOB SUMMARY :

Title: Manager – Digital Strategy & Communications

Employment Type : Full-Time

Work Location: Kokapet, Narsingi , Hyderabad

Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Pay : 16 to 18 Lakhs per annum

Reports to : Director

We are seeking a senior, visionary, and hands-on professional to lead the digital strategy and communications for all verticals of the Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation (HKMCF), including Basil Woods Schools and Hare Krishna Eco Village. This role combines strategic oversight with creative leadership in digital marketing, online fundraising, social media, content creation, and design. This role also requires handling various ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the CEO. 

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy & Online Presence - Lead and manage websites and digital platforms across all verticals. - Drive SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital outreach campaigns. - Ensure consistency in messaging and content across platforms.

  2. Social Media Management - Oversee content strategy, posting schedules, and engagement across all major social platforms. - Align content with events, festivals, campaigns, and organizational milestones.

  3. Online Fundraising - Plan and execute digital fundraising campaigns for various initiatives. - Optimize donor journeys and digital assets for engagement and conversions. - Coordinate with fundraising and donor management teams.

  4. Media Production - Supervise end-to-end photo and video production for events and initiatives. - Oversee scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing processes. - Build a content archive and media repository for institutional use.

  5. Creative & Graphics - Lead the design team in producing marketing collaterals, banners, brochures, reports, and digital creatives. - Ensure brand alignment and visual excellence across all content.

  6. Leadership & Coordination - Manage a cross-functional team of digital marketers, designers, videographers, and social media executives. - Set clear goals, KPIs, and review systems. - Collaborate with various departments to meet cross-organizational communication needs.

Qualifications

  • 6–11 years of Leadership experience in digital marketing, media, or communications.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and video editing software.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills.
  • Creative, structured, and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently while handling high-priority projects.
