reelOn Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across all digital channels, strong team management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. If you're passionate about building impactful digital strategies, driving measurable growth, and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive
digital and offline marketing strategies
to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

·  Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.

·  Oversee end-to-end activities across
SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content, and

Performance Marketing
.

· Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
Sales, Product, and Creative
to align marketing outputs with overall business goals.

· Manage and strengthen
brand communication, positioning, and messaging
across all channels.

· Build and enhance the company's
digital presence
, including website performance and online reputation.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities.

· Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.

Requirements

·  5–7 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with strong expertise in
Digital Marketing
.

·  Comprehensive understanding of all digital channels—
organic and performance marketing
.

·  Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing a marketing team.

·   Prior experience in
startup environments
or a strong willingness to thrive in one.

·   Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

·   Creative thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

·   Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to change.
