The Guest Relations Manager plays a key role in ensuring a high -quality and personalized guest experience. This position involves managing guest service operations, addressing feedback and complaints, and fostering a warm, professional environment that reflects the organization's hospitality standards.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests warmly and assist with check -in/check -out procedures.Serve as the primary point of contact for VIPs, returning guests, and high -profile clients.Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and empathetically.Monitor and analyse guest feedback from online reviews, surveys, and direct interactions to identify trends and implement service improvements.Coordinate with internal departments — including Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and Events — to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences.Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, loyalty data, and service notes to support personalized interactions. RequirementsMust adhere to the formal dress code policy.Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.Effective problem -solving and conflict -resolution skillsAdaptability and flexibility in dynamic environmentsBasic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM/reservation systems)High level of professionalism and work ethic
