Eligible Criteria (s)

  • Should be a confirmed and active employee of Magnit Global.

  • Employee should be active in the system (Not serving the notice period).

  • Minimum 12 Months of tenure with Legacy WFQ/PROUnlimited/Magnit.

  • Should be having bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent education qualification.

  • Min 5 years of total experience.

  • Customer/Client service experience, Experience in Quick search, QCL- portal

  • Work from Magnit Vadodara Office for 5 days a week

Selection Process

  • Discussion: Date and time for the Interview will be informed to all eligible employees in 24 hours advance.

  • Manager round of Interview followed by interview round of discussion with the Director.

  • If there are any additional round of interview will keep you posted accordingly.

About the Role

The ESS Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. They act as a primary point of contact between the company and its clients, working to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. This position will require knowledge of all subsections of the ESS department including operations, customer service, vendor management, and billing in order to build successful insights into our partnerships. This role will require strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, requests, and escalations. Resolve client matters promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services during quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Credential new business, ensuring backgrounds, contracts, accounts, and users are successfully completed, while maximizing profitability.
  • Consistently evaluate AR reporting to ensure all customers are paying on time and follow a proper protocol to chase open balances.
  • Communicate with the client and operations about changes in trend and budget expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance matters, and competitor activities.
  • Report issues and trends experienced up to the Sr. Manager on a weekly basis.
