Eligible Criteria (s)

• Should be a confirmed and active employee of Magnit Global.
• Employee should be active in the system (Not serving the notice period).
• Minimum 12 Months of tenure with Legacy WFQ/PROUnlimited/Magnit.
• Should be having bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent education qualification.
• Min 3 years of total experience.
• Work from Magnit Vadodara Office for 5 days a week

Selection Process

• Discussion: Date and time for the Interview will be informed to all eligible employees in 24 hours advance.
• Manager round of Interview followed by interview round of discussion with the Director.
• If there are any additional round of interview will keep you posted accordingly.

Mandate Eligibility criteria :

• Open to all employees with Total 3+ Years of experience as mandate.
• Should be having bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent education qualification
• Employees with a minimum of two years of service at Magnit, holding the title of Analyst or senior analyst , are eligible to apply for this Internal Job Posting (IJP).
• Strong Knowledge of Level 1 Product , Process, Policies, Procedures of Case Resolution
• Should have process knowledge of Global Support as mandate
• A Subject Matter Expert in Support Processes and Case Resolution
• Good organizational skills, able to time manage the review of multiple agents and modalities
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and data and trend analysis skills
• Able to collaborate with others to drive improvements (leads, managers, analysts, training programs)
