Role Description

This is a full-time office Job at MBP Navi Mumbai and without any filed visit and target.

Key Responsibilities:-

Technical Support


• Explain the technical details of target products and their applications to potential

customers.


• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Team to build relationships and pitch for future.

Sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management


• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.


• Proactively reach out via phone calls and social media to engage customers and

generate future sales inquiries.

Sales Processing


• Review RFQs (Request for Quotations), clarify technical details, and prepare

accurate quotations.


• Follow up on pending quotations, ensuring timely responses and success in closing

deals.


• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Team for timely actions and sales progress.


• Prepare purchase orders for materials needed by the store or customer.

Sales Calling/ Mail


• Make outbound calls or send a mail to potential customers to introduce the company and

products.


• Set appointments for detailed discussions, ensuring strong customer engagement.


• Maintain detailed records of sales calls and interactions.

Sales Planning


• Aggregate and analyze data from company and individual sales figures.


• Develop Annual and Monthly Sales Plans, including contact details of current and

potential customers in target industries.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support skills.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering skills.
  • Any graduate with 1 to 3 years experience is Sales/ sales Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in selling mechanical and electrical industrial products will be considered an added advantage.
