Job Description
- We are seeking a smart and well-organized Admin / Secretary / Personal Assistant to support our management
- The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and be capable of handling schedules, meetings, and office coordination
- Candidates with finance-related administrative experience will be preferred
- Responsibilities[ Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management, Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Organize transportation and event bookings as needed
- Maintain organized office records and filing systems,
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders,
- Handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, Multitasking capability and attention to detail.
