Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Prospecting for new clients through various channels, promoting and selling insurance policies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Needs Assessment and Consultation: Understanding client requirements and financial situations to assess their risk profiles and recommend appropriate protection plans.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products, terms, and conditions to effectively explain them to clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing client records, processing policy renewals, and preparing sales reports for management.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to stay competitive and relevant.

  • Sales Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex policies and build rapport with clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to deal with diverse personalities and build lasting client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze client information, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

  • Knowledge of the Industry: A solid understanding of various insurance policies and industry best practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other modern sales technologies.
  • Education: A high school diploma is often required, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field being a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
