Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze repayment data and customer segments to identify trends and optimize collection strategies.
  • Use Python, SQL, and Excel to design dashboards, build models, and track portfolio performance.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to execute and measure strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Required

  • Experience: 2–4 years in business analysis, data analytics, or collections/credit risk roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
