This opening is in the Credit Risk and Analytics team. We are a market leader in the online/instant personal loan space, providing loans of up to Rs.10 Lakhs through a completely digital platform. Our unique IP assesses creditworthiness using multiple data sources and does not rely only on the bureau score, thus offering better approval rates and loan amounts. Our easy-to-use App makes the documentation process simple, providing the loan offer in less than 2 mins and disbursal within 24hrs Our app has over 10M+ downloads and is one of the few highest-rated apps in the category with 4.5+ ratings.

Moneyview is an established organization, founded 10+ years ago and is funded by marquee investors including Tiger Global, Accel, and Ribbit Capital. We provide loans in partnership with NBFCs and Banks. Money view is also a founding member of DLAI - Digital Lenders Association of India - a widely recognized body for Fintech companies in India.

Qualification Criteria

Exp: 1+ years

Business analysts/risk analysts preferably from financial services, large banks/MNCs.

Demonstrated problem solving abilities and first principles based thinking

Ability to identify key drivers of business and create KPIs for the same

Power user of Excel, knowledge of SQL

Operational excellence with stakeholder management skills

Preferred background in collections

Hands on experience in R or Python, added advantage

Ability to work both independently and with direction to meet established deadlines and objectives

Responsibilities:

In this role you will work closely with the business leads to:

  • Describe: Identify the key metrics that should be tracked & set-up dashboards for the same
  • Diagnose: Identify problem points for collections
  • Prescribe: Coordinate with different partners to ensure smooth repayment and collections process

Your day-day will involve making data driven decisions by:

  • Performing analysis to identify late payment businesses
  • Quantifying and proposing risk/reward trade-offs of recommendations
  • Set up recurring calls to understand issues with re-payments
  • Applying knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data
  • Performing ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
  • Engaging in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion
