Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, ServiceNow
In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the team & work closely with client enterprise architecture team and client ServiceNow Teams

Responsibilities

•    Designs and collaborates with Business Process Analysts and Developers in the creation of a High-Level Solution Design Document.

•    Reviews design and code per sprint to ensure quality

•    Provides hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected projects.

•    Assists in migrating configuration across instances
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer) / B.E.

•    Good communication Skills

•    Hands on coding on ServiceNow (and not just configuration). Significant experience on Service Studio, Workflow Studio etc 

•    Demonstrate understanding of overall SNow architecture, platform and coding.

•    Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending trainings, webinars, reviewing articles etc

•    Assist business stakeholders in the design, functional implementation, and support of SNow Applications. Understand business pain points and offer solution to address leveraging SNow platform/ offerings.

•    Demonstrate experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

•    Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    One Mainline certification (CSM / HRSD/ITSM/GRC etc.)

•    Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
