Role Description
The Front Desk Executive will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients. Responsibilities include attending to inquiries, managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram, requiring a commitment to creating positive first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Experience with phone etiquette and receptionist duties to manage calls and visitors professionally
- Customer service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and positive interactions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a well-functioning reception area
- Proficiency in office software tools; familiarity with front desk systems is a plus
- Professional demeanor, time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience as a front desk executive or similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Administration or related fields are an advantage
