Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a well-organised and professional Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a year of experience in managing front office operations, handling guest interactions, and assisting with executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organised.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organise appointments.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and coordinating logistics for visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier management, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in basic office management duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
