At Marketing Lab, we power some of the most exciting D2C brands in India — and content is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Creative Director who can shape the visual and creative direction for all the shoots and content we produce across our portfolio of brands.

What You'll Own:

  • Lead the creative direction for all brand shoots — from pre-production to final output
  • Translate brand strategy and marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts
  • Collaborate closely with brand managers, content teams, and performance marketers
  • Supervise and guide shoot execution – including styling, set design, mood, casting, and more
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity and storytelling style across all platforms
  • Keep an eye on trends and push creative boundaries to deliver scroll-stopping content

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar creative or art direction role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work across fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands
  • Deep understanding of how content performs on digital (especially Meta & UGC)
  • Excellent taste, with a knack for translating mood-boards into reality
  • A proactive mindset with strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Must be open to working from our Kolkata office (this is a full-time, in-office role)
