Creative Director – Animation, Video & Emerging Technologies

Experience: 3+ Years as a senior creative leader or creative director role

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced
Creative Director
to lead our dynamic creative team and drive innovative visual storytelling across
animation, video production, 3D modeling, AR/VR, and emerging technology projects
. This role blends artistic vision with strategic thinking to deliver impactful campaigns that elevate brands and meet diverse client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide creative direction and vision for video, animation, and 3D design projects.
  • Oversee concept development, storyboarding, visual design, and final execution.
  • Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, and video producers.
  • Translate client briefs into strong creative concepts and lead presentations.
  • Collaborate with business development and production teams to align strategies with client objectives and budgets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce new techniques and raise the creative bar.
  • Review and approve creative materials for accuracy, quality, and impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact visual campaigns in video, animation, 3D, or related fields.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch and sell creative ideas.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of branding and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global brands or high-growth creative agencies.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AR, VR, and AI-powered creative tools.
  • Ability to coach and nurture creative talent.
