Your Mission:

• Craft mind-blowing visuals that make our brand impossible to forget and reboot cool.

• Team up with the head of content to shape the brand's tonality and cultural cache while the whole space is still defining its vibe.

• Breathe life into all our creatives with powerful ideas that haven't been tried before—because half of this stuff didn't exist two years ago.

• Direct (other designers) & design scroll-stopping social media content for communities that are terminally online.

• Shape marketing materials that tell our story.

• Guide, support, and inspire the team to create their best work & push boundaries. Zero limits but with abundant empathy.

• Collaborate with our guild of animators, editors, producers and product designers.

• Make the leadership buy into your ideas.

Your Superpowers:

• A portfolio that makes other designers sit up & take notice—bonus points if it shows you can think outside traditional creative boxes.

• Mad skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Being organised enough to plan, schedule and delegate efficiently when things move fast and change faster.

• A legit bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed university (good to have, but being genuinely good at this matters more).

• A deep understanding of design principles because you know when to follow the rules and when to break them.

• Web3 industry experience is a major plus, but genuine curiosity about where digital culture is heading is what really counts.

Special Abilities:

• Taking ownership of projects where you might literally be the first person to solve that exact creative challenge)

• Speed-running while maintaining quality—because Web3 moves stupid fast and being first usually wins.

• Multitasking mastery in high-pressure situations where "wait, that's never been done before" is basically every Tuesday.
