Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Art Director located in Bengaluru. The Art Director will oversee the visual aspects of projects, including design conception and execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams, managing design projects, and ensuring a consistent brand visual identity. The Art Director will also be involved in brainstorming sessions, directing photoshoots, and providing feedback to junior designers.

Qualifications

  • Design conception, execution, and brand visual identity skills
  • Experience in collaborating with creative teams and managing design projects
  • Ability to direct photoshoots and provide constructive feedback
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and design projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Relevant experience in art direction or a related field
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
