Who we're looking for:

We're on the lookout for a visionary
Art Director
with 3–6 years of experience to lead and elevate our creative output. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, have a sharp design sensibility, and are excited about blending traditional design with emerging AI tools, this could be your next big move.

You'll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our animated films and content. From guiding concept development to overseeing character and environment design, you'll ensure every frame tells a powerful story. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and are eager to experiment with new-age design workflows, we'd love to connect.

Experience required:

3 to 6 years in Advertising, Digital Content, Filmmaking, or Design-Driven Creative Agencies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead visual development for animated content, from concept to final execution
  • Collaborate with writers, animators, and designers to craft strong visual narratives
  • Direct the design of characters, storyboards, and key frames using both traditional and AI-assisted tools
  • Maintain high visual standards and brand consistency across all creative assets
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI-driven design and animation workflows
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and freelancers on projects

Essential skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Strong grasp of cinematography, composition, color theory, and storytelling
  • Experience with or openness to working with AI tools for design and ideation (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, DALL·E)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to balance creative vision with production timelines and practical constraints
  • Familiarity with motion design or animation pipelines is a plus
