We're looking for an
Art Director
to lead the creative vision of a
large-scale video production project
. The ideal candidate is a proven creative leader who can
balance artistry with operational scale
and ensure high-quality, consistent output across multiple units with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the
    visual identity, style, and tone
    of the project.
  • Oversee
    daily creative output across multiple studios
    , ensuring quality and brand alignment.
  • Develop
    playbooks, guidelines, and workflows
    for scalable video production.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life.
  • Lead and mentor large design/production teams, ensuring creative excellence.
  • Balance
    artistic direction with timelines, budgets, and high-volume execution
    .

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in
    art direction for film, ads, or large video productions
    .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    branded content and e-commerce video work
    .
  • Proven ability to manage
    multi-studio/multi-location operations
    .
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
  • Expertise in balancing
    creative ambition with operational efficiency
    .
