Location: Whitefield, Bangalore, India

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director with a strong grasp of visual storytelling, branding, and digital campaign design. The ideal candidate will lead the creative direction for social media, digital ads, website visuals, and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency, innovation, and aesthetic excellence across all brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, brand shoots, and ad creatives.

Collaborate with the content, strategy, and media teams to create engaging assets across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Guide and mentor designers to maintain high creative standards.

Translate marketing goals into impactful visual narratives.

Ensure brand consistency across all creative touchpoints.

Stay updated on design and advertising trends to bring fresh ideas to every campaign.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or similar environments.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.

A strong design portfolio showcasing digital and branding work.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or creative agencies.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma/Canva.

Strong visual storytelling, branding, and team leadership skills.

Up-to-date with digital design trends and marketing aesthetic
