What You'll Do

As a Senior Art Director, you will:

- Lead creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns.
- Translate brand and business objectives into visually powerful, idea-driven concepts.
- Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors—ensuring high creative standards.
- Review and refine creative outputs before delivery, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of design, advertising, and digital trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant.

What We Want

We are looking for a leader who:

- Has 6–8 years of experience in advertising/design (agency experience preferred).
- Demonstrates strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and up-to-date with emerging tools.
- Has a deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns.
- Possesses excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Can think strategically, present persuasively, and deliver under deadlines.
- Embodies Tempest's core values in day-to-day leadership.
