Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Sales & BD located in Chennai. The Manager - Sales & BD will be responsible for daily sales operations, developing business plans, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service. The role entails building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving the company's sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in the IT/ITES sector is a plus
