Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday & Sunday working, Week off between Monday-Friday)

Shift: Start between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (8.5-hour shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Counselling:

  • Counsel prospective students and parents on Vidyalankars course offerings and convert enquiries into enrolments.
  • Follow up with walk-ins, leads from marketing, and telephonic/email/WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Handle daily counselling of students and closing admissions.
  • Generate footfalls by calling leads and encouraging seminar/workshop participation.
  • Ensure enrolment targets are consistently achieved.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Operations & Academic Coordination:

  • Prepare and manage test schedules in coordination with faculty.
  • Handle test operations announcements, supervision, ticking, marks entry, and SMS communication to parents.
  • Dispatch, track, and coordinate distribution of test papers and model solutions.
  • Upload lecture PDFs and ensure timely student access to study resources.
  • Address student/centre queries during exams and academic activities.
  • Track attendance, performance, and provide insights to the Centre/Operations Manager.
  • Assist in BTL activities, events, and workshops to support marketing and student engagement.
  • Oversee centre facilities, infrastructure, and aesthetic upkeep.

Skills Required:

  • Graduate from any stream with a minimum of 60% in academics.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi/Marathi.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and data management skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with ability to build trust and close admission.
  • Presentable, energetic, and proactive in handling both students and operations.
  • Comfortable working weekends, travelling to locations, and handling morning shifts.
  • Prior experience in the sales/education industry or academic operations is an advantage.
