Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Mumbai. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about the institutions, and conducting campus tours. The role includes assessing students' educational backgrounds, recommending suitable courses, assisting with application processes, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Understanding of the Education sector
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field
