Coles Requirement

  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement solution design for Retail business and implementation in S/4HANA.
  • Drive detailed design workshops, create functional specifications, and oversee interface development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Manage integration between SAP modules and external systems (POS, WMS, third-party applications).
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Support testing, cutover, and deployment activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Supply Chain & Integration Expertise: Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.

  • SAP Modules:

  • IS Retail: Assortment management, article master, pricing, promotions.

  • MM (Materials Management): Procurement, inventory, vendor management.

  • Interface Knowledge: IDocs, RFCs, APIs for integration with external systems.

  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA architecture and best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Lead in SAP supply chain projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
