**Position Summary**

The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing SAP IS Retail MM and eWM modules, ensuring seamless integration with business operations, and providing comprehensive support for SAP projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Solution Design & Implementation**
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IS Retail MM and eWM configurations and functional solutions.
- Design and implement retail-specific processes such as merchandise planning, assortment management, pricing, and promotions.
- Configure and deploy eWM functionalities, including inbound and outbound processes, warehouse structure, and inventory management.

**2. Integration & Customization**
- Customize SAP solutions to meet client-specific retail and warehouse management needs.

**3. Project Execution**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP IS Retail and eWM projects on time.
- Conduct system testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

**4. Support & Maintenance**
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP IS Retail MM and eWM modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.

**5. Documentation & Training**
- Develop technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams on SAP IS Retail and eWM functionalities.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Mandatory**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS Retail MM and eWM implementation and support.
- Proficiency in SAP IS Retail processes such as merchandise management, inventory management, and pricing.
- Deep understanding of eWM functionalities, including warehouse processes, RF integration, and labor management.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management.
- SAP Certifications in MM, eWM, or IS Retail.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and UI5 for IS Retail and eWM.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹690,000.00 per month
