Job Title: B2B Sales & Partner Onboarding Executive – Financial & Broking Services.
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented professionals to join our team as B2B Sales & Partner Onboarding Executives.
The role involves acquiring new business partners, onboarding them onto our platform, and providing continuous service and support to help them grow their business in the financial and broking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential partners, sub-brokers, and business associates.
- Explain our business model, product range, and revenue-sharing structure.
- Provide ongoing service and support to existing partners for smooth operations.
- Promote financial products such as Trading & Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Algo trading support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to enhance engagement and productivity.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship-building ability.
- Sales-oriented mindset with interest in the financial, broking.
- Basic understanding of stock market products.
Eligibility:
Education: Any Graduate (B.COM/M.COM/BBA/ MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred).
Experience:
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Experienced professionals from broking, financial services are preferred.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Chennai.
Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives.
