Payroll Executive

Manage an organization's payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time by calculating wages, processing deductions, maintaining records, and staying compliant with labor laws and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Calculate employee salaries, including overtime and bonuses, and process payments accurately and punctually.
- Deduction Management: Calculate and manage various deductions for benefits, taxes, and garnishments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise employee records related to salaries, employment status, and payroll information.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations to avoid penalties.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll reports for management, including tax filings and other statutory documents.
- Audits: Conduct or support internal and external payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills
- Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate calculations and record maintenance.
- Organizational Skills: Crucial for managing deadlines and a high volume of tasks.
- Communication Skills: Needed to clearly explain policies and resolve discrepancies with employees and managers.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of payroll software and advance Excel for efficient processing
- Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of financial regulations and payroll processes.
- Graduation is a must preferably commerce Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
