**Responsibilities**:
**1- Payroll Processing**:

- Accurately process and manage the company’s payroll using Zoho Payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Calculate and process overtime, holiday pay, and other special payments.

**2- Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Prepare and file payroll-related tax reports and payments.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and stakeholders**.**

**3- Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, timekeeping data, and salary details.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are accurately documented and stored securely.

**4- Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries related to payroll.
- Liaise with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.

**5- System Management**:

- Manage and update payroll systems, particularly Zoho Payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades and improvements.

**6- Audit and Analysis**:

- Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proven experience with Zoho Payroll is required.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of payroll principles and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using payroll software, particularly Zoho Payroll.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
