Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to manage client communication, follow-up on leads, support the sales team, and coordinate appointments. The role involves both inbound and outbound calling, maintaining client data, and ensuring smooth follow-up until closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries
  • Follow up on leads received through calls, emails, and marketing activities
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales/marketing team
  • Explain company services, project details, and basic technical info to clients
  • Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and CRM/Excel updates
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Support sales executives with documentation, follow-ups, and lead conversion

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Customer Support
  • Must be currently residing in Chennai
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and lead tracking
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred
