Reporting To: General Manager-Business Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven professional to join our Business Development team as an AGM / Sr. Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving growth targets. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional presence in front of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential new customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Maintain updated customer records, reports, and sales pipelines.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Defined KPI targets to be achieved for each assigned client account
Preferred Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Required Experience:
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing/machine shop/automotive industry.

- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage and resolve issues effectively.
- Learning attitude and willingness to adapt to dynamic market environments.
- Flexible with working hours and open to frequent client visits.
- Knowledge of machining processes or automotive manufacturing is an advantage
