Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Cybersecurity Practice Head
to lead the strategic growth, service innovation, and go-to-market execution of our cybersecurity business. The role demands a seasoned leader with deep domain expertise, business acumen, and the ability to scale offerings and teams across markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the
  Cybersecurity practice strategy
  aligned with company vision and market trends.
• Drive the practice P&L, ensuring
  revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
  .
• Shape a multi-year roadmap covering service portfolio, delivery excellence, and capability maturity.
• Represent cybersecurity thought leadership across internal and external forums.

2. Offerings & Playbooks

• Develop and continuously evolve
  cybersecurity service offerings
  across:
• Cloud Security & Zero Trust
• Application Security & DevSecOps
• Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)
• GRC & Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.)
• Threat Intelligence & Incident Response
• Build
  repeatable playbooks, solution templates, and accelerators
  for presales and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and alliances teams to ensure market-relevant solutions.

3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

• Create and execute the
  GTM strategy
  in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Drive strategic partnerships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and cybersecurity ISVs.
• Support key pursuits through solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.
• Develop case studies, success stories, and whitepapers to strengthen brand positioning.

4. Capability Development

• Build and scale a
  high-performance cybersecurity team
  with strong technical depth and consultative skills.
• Establish
  learning paths, certifications, and competency frameworks
  for team members.
• Foster collaboration across cloud, data, and application teams for integrated security solutions.
• Mentor next-generation cybersecurity leaders and architects.

5. Business Growth & KPIs

• Accountable for
  annual revenue targets
  , pipeline growth, and win rates.
• Drive
  practice utilization
  , cost efficiency, and delivery excellence.
• Develop
  joint GTM plans
  with alliance partners to expand reach.
• Report metrics and insights to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in leadership or practice management roles.
• Proven track record in
  building and scaling cybersecurity businesses or practices
  .
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in defining and executing GTM and partnership strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic thinking.
• Relevant certifications preferred:
  CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent.
