About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Cybersecurity Analyst
to join our growing technology and infrastructure team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and threats across the organization's systems, networks, and data. You will play a key role in strengthening our organization's cybersecurity framework, ensuring compliance with best practices, and defending against evolving digital threats.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of network security, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response. You'll work closely with IT and engineering teams to design and implement robust security measures that safeguard our digital assets and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems, firewalls, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain and update the organization's information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Implement and manage endpoint protection, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Perform root cause analysis for security incidents and provide actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configuration of systems, applications, and networks.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
• Manage identity and access control, ensuring least-privilege access to sensitive data.
• Conduct employee cybersecurity awareness sessions and training programs.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, vulnerabilities, and overall security posture for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in cybersecurity, network security, or IT security operations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools like
  Splunk, Wireshark, Nessus, Qualys, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their security configurations.
• Understanding of data encryption, endpoint protection, and cloud security practices.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or OWASP.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for incident documentation and stakeholder reporting.
• Relevant certifications like CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, or CISSP
  are preferred.
