Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary
Vice President – Cybersecurity
to lead the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of Fluidech's cybersecurity services portfolio. This role is ideal for a senior leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture, security operations, governance, consulting, and client engagement. The VP will be responsible for building strategic cybersecurity initiatives, leading large-scale transformation programs, ensuring compliance across global standards, and driving business growth through solution leadership, partnerships, and innovation.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and drive Fluidech's cybersecurity vision, services roadmap, and growth strategy.
• Establish cybersecurity governance models, risk frameworks, and enterprise-wide policies.
• Engage with C-level client stakeholders to shape their cybersecurity strategy, transformation, and resilience posture.

Cybersecurity Delivery & Technology Leadership

• Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced cybersecurity solutions across IT, OT, cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Lead large-scale managed security services (MSSP), SOC operations, and threat intelligence initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI-based security capabilities, and Zero Trust models to enhance service offerings.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry frameworks including ISO 27001, NCIIPC CAF, RBI, SEBI, GDPR, and global data privacy laws.
• Build frameworks for continuous compliance monitoring, cyber resilience, and audit readiness.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee incident response, breach management, and cyber crisis operations.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and cybersecurity maturity metrics aligning with business outcomes.
• Drive automation, orchestration (SOAR), and continuous improvement across operations.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and mentor high-performing cybersecurity architects, consultants, SOC analysts, and GRC professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, cloud providers, and regulatory bodies.

Business & Client Engagement

• Own P&L responsibility for the cybersecurity business unit.
• Drive presales, solution consulting, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Build and cultivate long-term client relationships to expand cybersecurity revenue opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
  Bachelor's or Master's in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience:
  15+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving cybersecurity strategy, operations, or consulting.

Technical & Strategic Expertise In:

• Security Architecture & Zero Trust Implementation
• SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence
• Cloud Security across AWS, Azure, GCP
• GRC frameworks, data protection laws, compliance programs
• Advanced network and endpoint security technologies
• Cyber transformation and consulting engagements

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/ Auditor
• CCSP, OSCP, CEH, SABSA, or equivalent
• Cloud certifications such as AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty
