Job description
1. As a DGM / GM Sales Head you will be responsible for handling Sales of Ophthal Segment covering entire Pan India for reputed Pharma listed company.
2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ZBM's ,RBM's, ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
3. Candidates will be responsible for launching new products and implementing strategies and strengthening existing brands.
4. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an entire new sales and marketing team for the new division and guide them to achieve derived targets and incentives.
5. Candidate is responsible for handling Effective Man Management and achieving Business / Sales targets with high PCPM.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.B.Sc. or B. Pharma and MBA in Sales having 15-22 years of experience in Pharma Sales out of which last 2 - 3 years as a NSM/AGM or GM Sales handling Ophthal business .
2. You should be good in handling Ophthal business covering entire Pan India for reputed Pharma listed company.
3. Candidate should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on basis to achieve budget with effective distribution and administration control.
4. Candidate should be good in recruiting training and developing the sales team on Effective man-management.
